Returns
- A receipt or purchase history is required for all returns
- Returns and exchanges are limited to 30 days
- Store Credit only for bicycles and stocked special orders
- No returns on sale items or non stocked special orders
- No returns of used or damaged items. LCC is not responsible for damage of incorrectly installed parts or accessories. (LCC highly recommends that all parts and accessories be installed by a professional bicycle mechanic)
Destination Fee
- A $20 Destination Fee is added to all in stock new bike purchases
- A $45 Destination Fee is added to all ordered bike purchases
Payment
- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express
- LCC does not accept checks
- We are able to send a secure payment link via text or email for up to 50% of your purchase total. Same card required in store to complete purchase.
- LCC will not take full payment via payment link
- LCC cannot accept payment over the phone
Layaway
- No Layaway Fees
- 25% deposit required at time of order
- 60 day limit for all layaways
- Payment required every 2 weeks of layaway period
- All payments forfeited if cancelled or left more than the 60 day limit
Storage fees
- There is a storage fee of $20 per week on completed repairs beginning 14 days after the completion of the repair.
Electric Bike battery recycling fee
- There is a $15 battery recycling fee added to all electric bike purchases
special orders
- A 25% deposit is required on all regularly stocked items
- Store Credit oly for Special Order regularly stocked items
- Full Payment is required for Non Stocked Special Orders
- Non Stocked Special Orders are not eligible for return
shipping fees
- A $50 over sized shipping fee will be added to all over size/weight orders including but not limited to Thule car racks, Bicycle travel cases, etc.
